Telephone & Internet Service

Then you might be the only lucky person who gets through.

If you did get through, as you claim to have, how do you know they've been having problems?

Specifially, how do you know that crews are working on service problems?  Have you seen the crews at work?

If so, you must be on campus, so why would I want you to use a telephone or e-mail to get in contact with HLA personnel?

Anonymous:
I have received emails stating that crews are working on the lines.  We are updated regularly.  I have spoken to people when I needed to.  I don't call if I don't have a question.

And I am not on the campus.  I'm in a different city and state.  Why so aggressive in your tone?

Anonymous:
The tone is due to the fact that it's not the first thing to go wrong at HLA.

Some of the individuals who work there are very professional and dedicted to what they do.  However, the overall operation of the school is deficient and mediocre to say the least.

We are talking about a school that charges $6,000 a month aren't we?

Georgetown Prep charges less than half that amount for its residential program.

Are you a parent with a child there?

Seems odd that a parent would receive an email notice about problems, and you wouldn't.
