It is becoming increasingly clearer as more data comes in that TBS and wilderness programs provide a safe haven for kids who are at risk, especially as compared to the public sector (but I think we all knew that). It will be interesting (and a challenge, in my opinion) to come up with numbers that compares these figures to other areas such as boot camps and correctional institutes which seems to have a higher level of violence and lower success rates.

No idea. Who has made a series of innappropriate comments yet again and claims he cannot back up. His original plan of repeating the same tired nonsense over and over again in the hopes that someone somewhere will actually believe that garbage, just isnt panning out. The truth about how many kids are murdered and abused in these places, and the fact that the public sector is proven to be a great deal safer than the PTS is just too easily accessible. Us recognizing that truth and ignoring his nonsense really has him riled up. In an effort to cope his other personalities have taken over and are attempting to detract from the issue by claiming his earlier dismissals of kids abuses was actually me. Nothing could be further from the truth but Who's never cared too much about such trival things as facts and the truth. Let him continue to play his games if he wants. No one takes him seriously on or off the board, all he's doing is destroying what little credibility he has left.
