I hate to own up to this G, but I think he was referring to the assholiness that is me.

Maybe so.

I have found you (and Lauderdale) to be a bit more articulate than that.

I think someone just got overloaded

Nah. I just hate memorial day. Most of my buddies are dead.A lot of dead soldiers in bar room waste baskets and a bunch of obese Americans. It was just a bad day to think about more free schitt us veterans had to earn. What the fuck? If you need socialized health care, I don't really believe anyone should have to go through hell for it. I did and I just don't know why I had to.I apologize G.

sorry you had a bad day. I guess those of us that aren't veterans don't understand how that day can affect someone.

Well you know Greg, I imagine all my dead friends are looking up from hell right now wishing they were any one of you on the forums. Please get back to topic and I'll say nothing more. Peace.

Anon,

I appreciate the sacrifices you guys (veterans) make for us - you signed up to do a job, perform that mission to high standards and I salute you for it.

I hope we can get to a day when all servicemen can live out lives into a well earned retirement (and can enjoy that socialized medicine)

That would be a dream come true.I would like a free mass media also that wasn't controlled by the government. But, corperations and CEO hit-men feed us filth right now,and thank you for your kind words. I wont forget them. It's sort of like that song called "Russian Roulette" by the metal group "Accept", when you survive a war.I'm with you on the socialized health care. Mine has too many hands in the pot luck feast of your tax dollars. A lot of government waste involved. I think they should share with regular citizen's as well.
