You, like the rest of us,  KNOW nothing. Only Bill and his accuser know the truth. That's the only thing any of us KNOW for certain.

None of us, including yourself, know who jpharris is. But if his threats are genunine, we should know soon. We may eventually know the truth, if/when there is any legal action. Keys words being May and Eventually.

Sit tight. It will all come out in the wash, always does.  The lawsuit will either manifest, or the comments will move on down the index into forum history.

I'd still like to know who from HLA suggested to you that my son stayed at HLA because I didn't have parental rights. Did I threaten to sue you? No. Was that rumor? Gossip? Defamation? Slander?
And how about when you posted student/staff names and baited them anonymously for personal information? Who prompted you?
You assume that anything said by HLA, etal is truth. You're a patsy Suzanne.
 
What I find very curious, is the lengths you will go to defend Bill when he doesn't defend himself.  Why do you care more than Bill about HIS reputation and what's being said? If he doesn't care, shouldn't that be a clue? Or are you officially speaking for Bill? Does he know?

BTW, I learned a while ago that to threaten to sue when you have no intention of doing so, is actionable, if the person threatened should choose to act. Food for thought.

I did not say I knew anything about IP's, only that someone else said that they use the same IP, in Columbus Ohio...at a public library...now if Deborah will be so kind as to check that anonymous person's IP, they will see that I was not the one that posted that comment.

Mabye you should read my advise again, I said:

"Finally, the probable case is that made a mistake and you are going to every length to cover up your ass. Some words of wisdom would be to speak the truth and only the truth because slander is defined as: "words falsely spoken that damage the reputation of another." In this case we have a hypocrite on our hands."

Once again, take your own advise  :P

The truth is exactly what I am speaking. What part of the truth can't you comprehend? This is ridiculous. This has nothing to do with anything other than a insult fest at my expense. Your real intentions are lost in all this. My whole point was that people are lying and nobody seems to care that it is hurting someone's reputation because its not someone that you care about. Well, I do, and I care about his reputation. Whether or not you GET that concept is not my problem. Yes the truth will come out, and the truth is an innocent person is being insulted with lies. If you cant understand this is about my son's father's reputation I am talking about then you need to open your eyes a little further. Neither I nor Bill have anything to do with the school anymore. If you have issues, go after them, not us. Im just a person with an opinion, and the truth. If you dont like the issue of the IP's then go afte the person that posted it. That wasnt me. Ask Deborah, she will verify that.
