What's the Deal---Is the Whitmore "Mansion" Sold or Not?

Seems to be conflicting stories out there.
The Whitmore "mansion" the former home of Whitmore Academy appears to be vacant. Some say the Suds have it sold, others say it is still "FOR SALE."  It was even listed "For Sale By Owner" by Cheryl Sudweeks.
What are the Suds up to now?

Escrow already closed........saw Mark moving furniture out on April 13th........fly spy

Or, check do a title search of the Juab County tax records. That will show any change of ownership.
