Which do you trust more for residential programs for at-risk

A. State run programs
 B. Private state funded programs
 C. Private parent choice programs
 D. There should not be any residential programs for these students
 E. Unsure

Why bother?  It's an oxymoron.

Cross Creek could've fallen into this category if only Karr Farnsworth and the other administrators didn't take complaints out of the state box (highly illegal), read them, and then laugh at the remarks and the students who wrote them.
