that is advertised in HLA's Handbook and on the net.. I gather they didn't inquire about cross-utilization of teachers..IEP's and all that fraudulent stuff. Apparently, Quirk and Quirk put it in their literature, when HLA is questioned about it..I
would like to know where Joe Farrells ethics are..

well, a few of us, devotees, have contacted the Governor, the AG, SACS, ORS ..We know three out of four could care less...waiting on the Governor...but, shall not hold our breaths...

Most definitely..You may request who you would like to come out and review your school..It is
very convenient to have four people that are
associates or long time friends....then they don't end up touring the school, talking to the children, etc...If they weren't 'friends' they would have noticed the cross utilization of teachers and that their is no lab..It is the same with the fire department..there is no way HLA would pass inspection..They have had one drill in several years and it is not up to code.
So how do you pass? Think about it..They are 'given' a pass, just like the ORS, who turns their backs on the children and parents that inform them what is going on there..They don't
care either...They are paper pushers..I have been told ORS cannot stand Buccellato, but they will not stand up to him or Quirk and Quirk. Nice,eh?
