Do Parents Have a Problem with CAICA posting minor children'

<< < (2/3) > >>

Joyce Harris:
Isabelle Zehnder asked me for a copy of the civil complaint filed against Whitmore and the Sudweeks. I declined this request.

I voiced my opinion about her, as President of CAICA posting these legal complaints on her website that identifies minor children's names.

She not only said her lawyer said what she was doing was just fine, she accused me of harrassment for voicing my opinion.

She sounds just like Sue Scheff.
If a parent complains---call out the lawyers.

Joyce Harris:
Isabelle Zehnder also informed me that she is removing our statement about Whitmore Academy from her website.

I thought CAICA was suppose to fairly present all sides of an issue.  This seems highly unfair on her part.

But, it is her little website.

Yes, I think a parent statement is always important - especially when talking about a program where the co-owner was charged with abuse and hazing. This is called building parent-awareness, something most child and parent advocates are dedicated to doing.

Where can we read your statement?  Is it posted somewhere on this board?  May it be printed elsewhere, with your permission?

Thanks!
