Now why in this world would be be hired as a "therapist" for kids at Whitmore who were diagnosed with problems that have nothing to do with substance abuse?

And why would he call himself "DR" and be a part of such a scheme?

The motion to approve this facility passed.

Guess "DR" Bernie wanted this facility in his little town in a big way.
