She's the one who had the contentious email exchanges with Clarke Poole.
In the emails, she was caught red-handed in several BIG lies about HLA and its residents and was busted by Mr. Poole, with supporting evidence obtained from Bill Gray (you see the tangled web). Clarke basically called her a liar and gave evidence he got from Bill to show it and then sent all that info to the EdCons.
Clarke sent those emails to about 25 EdCons who do business with HLA. Subsequently, one or more of those EdCons distributed the emails to their ENTIRE CONTACT LIST of EdCons (in and out of HLA's network). That has the boss in an absolute UPROAR and has them in full-time damage control mode.
This is why Nicole is getting moved. She was dumb enough to put serious, private business in uncontrolled documents. Live and learn, Nicole.

Have those emails been posted somewhere? If not, will they be anytime soon? I would imagine it's not really a privacy issue anymore since they've been sent to Ed Cons (apt abbreviation) and parents.
