Miller Newton at Straight insisted that everyone refer to him as "Dr." after receiving a Phd in urban anthropology or public administration from some diploma mill. Sure the certificate hanging on the wall looked great but it held no value.

Well that is all well and fine but Dr. B is a real doctor of psychology and has been practicing legitimately since the mid 70s. He has worked for public school systems for years before opening up the 4 schools he owns and has been in private practice since I think 1975.
