Time for a PAC to change the laws?

I think that is a good idea. I wish I had more funds to contribute at this time!

What do other peple think, does a grass-roots campaign work better - or playing by the other side's rules and use money to influence politicians into laws favoring our side? Definitely an interesting discussion.
