Now that I read it again, that was a stupid thing for me to say. I do a fair amount of gay bashing, and I really should stop. Nobody's "gay-ness" made them any more or less sadistic to me as a staffer.. Frank.

Melvin Semblers deposition is up next, no date has been set as of today.

Mel's deposition will be posted online after it's filed with the clerk of court.

Most likely next 30-60 day time period.

The trial for April is canceled as Mel and Betty are going on vacation and the court granted them  permission to do so.
