In spite of being the hub of troubled teens programs -- UTAH is not a child-friendly state.
Kids have DIED. Been tortured to death while participating in Utah-based programs and NOT ONE adult has ever been convicted nor been sent to prison to do any hard time. NOT ONE.
What does that tell you?
Parents really better think twice about sending their child to Utah. In fact, most kids don't need a program. They need parents who are willing and able to PARENT no matter how tough the job is.

cheryl's program is without a doubt the best program for troubled teens in the state. You wouldnt believe how much better I am from what i was before I first went. I just wish everyone would leave it alone and let her live in peace.

Guess she should have left a few kids "in peace" and then she wouldn't be looking at a criminal trial, would she?
She gets to have a trial. Let her tell her TALES there in a court room.

She should live in "peace" while the kids she shattered should live in "pieces"? I hope she gets the book thrown at her.
I still stand by my prediction though. She'll admit wrongdoing (plea bargain in criminal court), pay restitution, settle any civil litgation (without an admission of wrongdoing) and go on her merry way without incarceration.
