If you would have justice in this world, then begin to see that a human being is not a means to some end.  People are not commodities.  When human beings are just to one another government becomes obsolete and real freedom is born; SPIRITUAL ANARCHY.

that sounds like a cool project.  I have a whole stash of ol' 78s up in the attic I been meanin to break out and see what I can do with.  I guess I should consider the 78s when I buy my next turntable.

Have fun and enjoy, my friends.

Yeah it was, for him... Years back, when he was recording the 78's (right about when he gave me the cd), I recall him telling me how he put a big old mic up above the Victrola horn to get the best mono sound he could get out of it...maybe you could find an old Victrola somewhere?

Yes! We all had a great time, but you were missed! I played along with him on the house piano, and everyone else sang along to some of it. The weather was beautiful; you'll have to get out there and check out the terrain sometime! We also watched a weird but great documentary, (The Devil and Daniel Johnston). But all of this stuff would have been that much more fun had you been there; maybe next time!!!

O! you know what ?  I thought "On the Porch" was the name of the DVD I have of the Troubadores, but it aint, so I was confused yesterday when I posted that I just watched it too.  Did you ever see the DVD of the Troubadores jammin on the porch of some cabin that looks like it's up on the Blue Ridge parkway ??  So unless you've seen that DVD you won't understand what I mean about Duke on "Cabbage Head"

Anyway, "Sweet Ambrosia"'s my favorite, you know thats about a straight survivor.

Rock on, Frod.

Oh yeah! That one is my favorite one, too; it's catchy and tends to remain 'in my head' after listening to it...
