They've got a pretty good defense mounted.   Hopefully they will kick RIAA ass in court.  Until then, rip as much shit as you can......

As you probably know by now, this stuff was found in legendary concert promoter Bill Graham's private stash of concert tapes.  This is a historic treasure trove of musical archives that are available to us at this time, and hopefully forever.

There's legal hassles abreast,  but according to the article I read yesterday (I'll try to find a link), the guys are putting up a serious fight, they aren't going to roll over on this one.  Fuck the RIAA and the entire industry.  They've been ripping off musicians and music lovers for a damn long time, now they are whining because new technology derails their gravy train.

That show is insane........I've heard the Ontario Motor Speedway show from '74, on a bootleg CD called "Cannabis Confusion",  it's a pretty wild show, too.

Here's a link that tells a bit about the legal jive that RIAA and a few rich rock stars are throwing down.  The owners of the vault are countersuing.  Fuck the RIAA.

Sister Double Happiness -

Did a most excellent cover of one of my favorite Roky Erickson songs on the tribute album to Roky & The 13th Floor Elevators, Where The Pyramid Meets The Eye.  Bonus points if you can tell me which one they did.

Chillin' to a Traffic show from 1973 in SF, I believe, on Wolfgang's vault.

If you would have justice in this world, then begin to see that a human being is not a means to some end.  People are not commodities.  When human beings are just to one another government becomes obsolete and real freedom is born; SPIRITUAL ANARCHY.
