Fuck yeah, great tune...maybe their best, my favorite anyway.

Emmy Lou Harris(former back-up singer for Little Feat) - "Lodi"(sweet cover of J.Fogerty)

G'n'R - "Sweet Child 'a' Mine"

Yes - "Owner of a Lonely Heart"

Motley Crue - "Too Young to Fall In Love"(now this is some good Crue, IMO they went to shit after the Shout at the Devil album)

I agree. They went pretty soft.

Rumor has it that when Tommy Lee came here to host his Superbowl party he got slapped for talking trash about Kid Rock and Detroit.

I was in my truck on my way to K-mart when I heard one of those joke songs, ya know...This one was sung to the tune of "Jamies Got A Gun" by Aerosmith only it was "CHENEYS' Got A Gun".  I can't remember how it all went now, but damn it was hysterical.  Anyone else heard this yet ?? It'd be great if someone could post the lyrics...

So then as I'm pullin' inta the K-mart lot you know, and like CD93.3 outta Cleveland(formerly the wolf) is about to go to a commercial break and they tell you what artists will be featured in the next set and they mention Kenny Wayne Sheppard.  So I think to myself: "Now that's a tune I love...I wonder if I should sit here in my truck until I hear it and then go inta the store or take my chances and try to be quick so I don't miss it".  I decide I'm gonna go for it.  I went inta the store, took care of my business an' got back to my truck just in time to hear:

Kenny Wayne Sheppard - "Blue On Black...Tears on a river...Push on a shove...It don't mean much...Joker on a jack...Match on a fire...Cold on ice as/is(??) the dead mans' touch...Whisper on a scream...Doesn't change a thing-ing...Won't bring you ba-a-ack.  Blue on Bla-ack!..."

Now this is some serious, aint foolin' 'round lay down electic blues.  Maybe my favorite tune for the last year, although I do like those Commodres still too.

Yeah! I run a tight ship! HUH!!
