It seems like you just made this up out of thin air and are now trying to divert the question of how you know that this child has been served papers.
You didn't make this up did you? Surely you have some evidence or can at least site your source.
The question remains...How do you know this?"
To avoid any confusion, I was sent this by a trusted source:

"Well, J******* and that new kid, C**** that I know of. Here's the thing, they probably don't have a case..." (remainder edited by DJ)

Since I received this, the source realized they had transposed one of the names with another username. When they reported "C****," they actually meant "M******."
I followed up and found this to be the case.
(Sorry to C****'s dad, you're not getting a letter - at least not yet. Didn't mean to get you worried or anything.)
So the tally doesn't change, but there was a mistake in reporting one of the usernames.
Hope this clears up the error.
So, no, I didn't make anything up. It was an honest mistake by the person who provided it to me. They have definitely served M******.
