Any Updates on Christopher Sutton's trial?

Can't find any updates in the news about Chris.  Anybody know what the heck is going on?  Chris is the kid who was at Paradise Cove for a long time.  I believe he was arrested and charged with somehow being involved in the murder of his mother and serious wounding of his father. This happened in Florida.  Some other guy reportedly was involved and I believe he confessed to being the shooter.

The trial is currently scheduled for March 20, 2006 in Miami, FL.  You can get this info by going to http://www.miami-dadeclerk.com and check criminal cases.  Both Christopher and his accomplice Garrett Kopp are charged with first degree murder and are being held without bail.  The third accomplice, Juliette Driscoll, Christopher's girlfriend, is free cause she has agreed to testify against Christopher and Garrett.  However, she will be haunted by this crime for the rest of her life.
