Well, I don't know if they're getting sued or not. I've heard rumors to the effect. I never believe them till I see a court date. But they may well have figured out by now that they can't reasonably expect every defendant to lay down w/o a challenge. And that would mean opening up ALL of the relavent info in the discovery process. Then everyone would be able to find out just which posts actually did come from the "school". Now THAT might be mighty bad for business.
