Pitching wins championships (look at the last three World Series Champions, they all had stacked Bullpens) and the Yanks do not have pitching. The Sox have made some great moves as far as pitching is concerned. With a rotation of Schilling, Beckett, Wakefield, Wells (if he returns if not put Arroyo or Clement in his spot), and Papelbon that is a great rotation, I do not see any other Rotation that when you look down the list you will see all of the Starters who are more then capeable of winning at least Fifteen games . As well as a bullpen with Timlin returning and the pick up of Guillermo Mota, Rudy Seanez, Manny Delcarmen, Craig Hansen, and a return of a healty Keith Foulke they will be a serious Bullpen to deal with. The Yanks still have the same rotation and have made shitty moves for their bullpen as well as loosing Tom Gordon who is one of the best set up men in the game. It does not look good for the Yanks. Sure when the Yanks won their last one they had a great Leadoff man and Jeter was where he is comfortable in the second spot but they also had much better pitching and Great Pitching beats great hitting, pure and simple. It does not look like the Yanks will be able to sign some more pitching as the days are counting down to when Pitchers and catchers report to camp and all of the good throwers have been signed. Especially with Millwood signing with Texas. So the Sox do not have their Leadoff man and Damon is a Great Leadoff man but because he is more of a steal threat at first, we (SOX) can still sign Dave Roberts who we all know from 2004 that he is a big steal threat and is Faster then Damon and is healthy and wants to return to Boston. So only time will tell but I still see the Yanks suffering from their Pitching and the Sox will still score more runs then Anyone in the Game (because Manny is not going anywhere and we will still have the Best Three Four punch the game has ever seen). GO SOX
