How about discussing what actually goes on INSIDE that place instead of you guys trying to figure out who is who and who is better than who and who said what. It really doesn't matter and the rest of us are getting tired of wading through these posts to find some nugget of useful info.
RobertBruce:
I agree, hence why I asked tunafish to answer those questions.
Like the situation regarding whether or not staff is ever allowed to touch students.
How is HLA licensed?
Why is HLA against students having a venue to air their greivances? Who do they talk to if they have a legitimate complaint against the school?
Is food rationed?
Are the "bad" students ever quarantiened from the general population when large groups of visitors come?
Are the students used as slave labor?
Is this legal?
How safe and clean is the school?
Lets see what kind of answers we get.

i owe you nothing, nor do i feel the need to answer half of your petty questions.
but, i will go on and answer a select few, that i feel i have time to answer, at the present moment. Yes, students are kept away from visitors and the general population, when they are being out of control, or extremly negitive... why bring down everyone else, with some peoples misbehaviors? and yes, this is completly legal. When a parent signs their child into HLA, they are relinquishing some sort of parental rights.
now, lets leave the rest to someone else, or another time.
...and mr.bruce, your little immature nicknames are not needed, at all, in any way whatsoever... but if they make you happy, keep on with them. it just shows your IMMATURITY.
RobertBruce:
You say you'll answer a few and then answer one out of...what 18?
Thats not really a few tunafish, its one.
As to the nicknames its no different than youve behaved so if you want to consider me being immature, have at it, because you set the trend here so, so are you.
Now not that anyone questioned the legality of hiding the students away, however one wonders why it is practiced. You claim it is for students who are "out of control" " or are being negative"? How are they out of control? How are they being negative? Could it be they just arent happy there, or they are more outspoken about their conditions and the school doesnt want visitors talking to any students that might offer a.....different perspective?
I'd be willing to bet that's it. The school doesnt want the educational consultants or the families talking to the kids who "arent getting with the program" for fear that those kids might let something slip the school would rather keep quiet.
Do you have a different explination? Please if so give it. Also get to some of those other questions. Use either of your two names it makes no difference to me.
RobertBruce:
Oh and as for you not feeling the need to answer my "petty questions" if thats the case why did you make the comments that brought them about to begin with?
