Has anyone talked to their Educational Consultant about what's going on at HLA? What do they have to say for themselves? Are they aware of the investigation of HLA by Child Protective Services?

Can the Ed.Cons. be that naive or do they just prefer to keep their heads in the sand?

Any Ed. Cons. out there want to speak up?????

I spoke to our Ed. Con. last week and reported the problems we
had with HLA and the many ways in which we were misled.
Also told her of the more serious problems of abuse and negligence.  She was not terribly concerned about the alle-
gations just sorry our experience had been bad.  This is a very
tight "good old boy" network in which they protect their colleagues
and, in turn, protect themselves.  Also, she is from the Atlanta
area so she's close to Dr. Buccellato.  We were very naive
to trust her objectivity.

My Ed. Con. had no idea what was going on, but she does now. She was quite shocked.

Her name is Rebecca (Becky) Reynolds. She is reviewing the information that was sent to her and will get back to me with questions. I truly believe she had no idea what was going on at HLA.
