Hi all,

Not sure if I posted this, it'a  factsheet written by 'A Start'  (Alliance for the Safe and Therapeutic Application of Residential Treatment) on things parents should look out for in facilities...

And #11 - two girls got serious frostbite on their feet during an intervention in the middle of the winter of... 02?  or 03.  I know at least one girl attempted to do some kind of lawsuit, but I don't know what came from it.
