Could this indian ceremonial person be Mark Warren perhaps? He teaches indian spiritual and indian living skills in the Dahlonega area. I am not sure whether or not he is actually native american or part native american but he has done this sort of thing for years.

just as people don't open a church and start preaching without some training and mentoring, respectful people don't conduct native rituals/ceremonies without training/ mentoring/ approval first.
he claims to be a wilderness survival trainer, naturalist, and author.
