Newtons court date Tuesday November 8th be there

His hearing is at 9 am at the Federal Courthouse in Tampa, Florida, located on Florida Avenue.

Be there!!!!!

It will be held in Judge Glenns courtroom

I wish I could be there carrying a sign reading "MILLER NEWTON SUPPORTS KIDNAPPING" next to someone carrying a sign saying "MILLER NEWTON IS A CHILD ABUSER."

OK, he wasn't there.  It was more of a procedural hearing so he didn't have to be and you KNOW he ain't showing up where he knows WE'RE gonna be if he doesn't have to.

The gist of it is this.  They made a motion to dismiss.  The judge ruled that the creditors need to be involved in this so there is an amendment being made to the petition and then they'll have another hearing (presumably in about 10 days after the filing of the amended petition).  Blah, blah, blah...delay, delay, delay.  Oh well.  Maybe I'll pay him a visit today and let him know that we missed he and Ruthie at the hearing but we'll be sure to catch them at the next one.
