IF they get a license from the State of Utah, and IF Juab County holds them to all the "conditions" of the permit. Time will tell. And a big: IF Cheryl Sudweeks is not in jail.
That's a lot of IF's.
Criminal trial first.
Then the Civil trial.
Yep, lots of IF's.

IF THE SUDS ARE BUILDING ANOTHER BIGGER SCHOOL, then why the downsizing now? Why selling off the herd of horses on the internet? Why isn't Whitmore thriving with increased enrollment, a growing student population?
Since the "Whitmore Mansion" is for sell, what will be the name of this new school?
Can a person who is awaiting a criminal trial for child abuse, like Cheryl Sudweeks, apply for a license with the State of Utah?
How about some answers?

Why haven't the Suds applied for a license for this school?

Perhaps the Suds plan to open this new school under some other name, and try to avoid the licensing process altogether? That won't happen. Too many people watching them.
