If you take this as soon as you feel the slightest symptoms, you are likely to never fully develop the flu:

I keep some around during flu season so I don't have to go out and purchase it. People who don't otherwise use alternatives have raved about it.

When the flu has already struck. I take anti-viral products such as:
Sambucol (elderberry)
http://www.sambucol.com/

I use the syrup or tea. Licorice tea is good to combine with it. I use a bag of each. And drink plenty off and on all day.
I also take tons of Vit C and eat a hefty amount of fresh garlic. Other things that can be useful- Olive Leaf Extract, Oil of Oregano(not to be taken by pregnant women since it can cause abortions), goldenseal, Echinacea, curcumin (from turmeric), probiotics, and green tea.

You can google any of these things to decide what sounds best to you, but elderberry is fabulous.

To releive aches and pains I take a hot soak in epsom salt and/or bath therapy or apple cider vinegar. Might have a hot toddy too.

hii butt
well since there is astham involved i would not like to recomend relenza to you
the drug should be avoided by patients suffering from asthma and those women who are pregnant
so continue with other remedies
however for more information on relenza you can see http://www.drugdelivery.ca/s33713-s-RELENZA.aspx
