I carved that in my crisis room with my fingernails. I had a week to do it. Four walls, flourecent light, beige carpet, no furniture, white walls, a square piece of metal that shined up enough to be some kind of mirror, so they could see me at all angles. If I was caught sleeping from the peek-a-boo window, and the wanna be mirror was able to see angles I tried to hide in, I would get a day added on to my punishment. No, I didn't have to lay down or anything......but I would get in there at 6am and not leave until 10pm. The buzz of the lights, the silence of the room it was torture to not doze off. I hate those fucking places with a passion, and I hope they are shut down.
