If you look on the second one, it was requested to the web master to be taken off in August, on the 15th this year. She may have agreed to it then, but the order from the Lumpkin County Judge was sent to the Amazing Forums webmaster right around August 15th of this year. Here's my evidence, I've said my piece, now you can lay back and feel stupid and shut the hell up.

Once again, puppet, you are completely retarted. IP stands for Internet Protocol Address. Even if they "bought there bandwidth in Little Rock Arkansas" when you do an IP trace, it passes through stages called "hops" .. so if your in California tracing an IP to Arizona, you'd have to hop from gateway to gateway every server connecting each other from your personal computer in CA all the way to AZ, and there's a lot of linking gateways. Plus, "bandwidth" [the term] is a measure of speed. Last time I checked, I don't think you can purchase miles per hour, or any other speed measurement.

Ah, you forget details. Before they went to the trouble of looking up the nic contact info for Amazing Forums, they wasted time sending me certified mail w/ email backup demanding that I take down that post. I don't know how long it took them to get around to finding out who actually hosts that forum, or if they even went to the trouble. More likely, the hosting provider would throw that one post to the wolves rather than give up the identity of their paying customer.
So, what sort of gossip was making the rounds during that time? Shh? Ya' here? What kind of hate mongering was going on back in August about the evil, diabolical Amazing Forums who was being cagey and coy and intellectualizing about deleting that post that yenz dislike so much?
Think one of the over-zealous parents, kids or graduate staff or a graduate trying desperately to prove to their parents that they've had enough treatment might have taken it upon themselves, Timothy McVeigh or Eric Rudolph style, to boost the effort?
That would be my best guess.
