Let's see:
She sent out a call to be rescued on 7 Jan.
Gets 'Busted' and put on restriction/staff escort on 14 Jan.
7 Mar she states that she'll be 'signing herself out' on 18 Mar. Perhaps when she is 18?
11 Apr says she made the decision to stay to finish school. Would be home May 2006.
26 Apr she states she'd finished the '2nd step'.
20 Jun she says she'll be home 29 of July for 2 days and mentions she'd been on vacation with her brother.

One would not expect her to be on restriction since Jan for getting 'busted'. Restriction for that offense would have long been over by the time she was allowed a vacation.
So, sometime between Jan and June she was able to leave the facility for a vacation.
Might that have been the perk it took to persuade her to stay beyond her 18th birthday?
Why else would HLA allow her to take a vacation? Unheard of.
She's home again !! for 10 days in late August.
And will be home again in November.
All this time out of the facility and at home doesn't jibe with other's experiences. What might be different in her situation. She couldn't be seen as a 'bad' kid even by HLA or she would not have been allowed off campus so much.
