The inmates MUST convert to Christianism to be allowed to live there.

If they complete the CHRISTIAN program,they have the possibility to get out early.

it is true that the prison is "faith based" but it is not true you have to convert to christianity. You can also opt out.

According to the state of florida, when you "opt out" you get transfered to a non faith based institution and go thru the regular channels.

But I think you have a point here. Parole boards are full of stodgy self rightous assholes they probably would favor someone who was in a "faith based" institution, and what this amounts to is coersion by the state to profess religiosity.  

It is a constitutionally forbidden practice. However, so is much that the government does these days.

Anyone up for another protest at their house?  It's not illegal as long as we stay off their property.  Since she seems so "threatened" by this I think it would be a great idea.

I'm up for a protest.  I certainly don't want her to feel "threatened", I don't intend to do anything harmful or violent to her, but I would like to protest, in a lawful manner of course.
