If I recall correctly, the lawsuit was brought by a former student (female) and was settled out of court.  Perhaps some alumni parents/students who knew about the lawsuit can help you out?

Another post said that the lawsuit was dismissed.  Big difference between being dismissed and settling!  Who knows the real story?
