I really honestly dont understand why people would be scared to fill it out publicly. Maybe if some one could fill me in so I could understand.

We are now looking into putting together an online survey that people could respond to privately, meaning the data gathered would not be posted on Fornits and would only be used for the survey.
We are finding out that when therapists, and other professionals, want to help with the cause the first thing they ask for are statistics. We have none. The only way that it will ever happen is if we start one, so here we are, ready to do it.
Please be patient as we do our homework to find the best way possible to do this. We have found a website where we can buy space for a survey. We are looking into it to be certain it will be valid once completed. So please look for us again soon, and hopefully we will have a survey you can fill out online and anonymously. I do understand why people do not want to share their names, I feel the same way about it.

aren't people with Ph'Ds the ones who should be doing the surveys? or news organizations? what is you involvment in this?

I'm the one who started this thread. I am going to find out how to best do this so people will feel comfortable participating. The survey is a good idea and is very needed.
