Dang- they pay staff cheaply, huh?  that's not even half of one students tuition/ year?  wonder how much overhead is?  can't be that much since kids do so much of the maintanace!  And what, no masters degree required???  Course not, I suppose, they won't work for so little...

TEACHING POSITION Looking for a change? Love the mountains? Here's an opportunity to live and work in Western Montana's spectacular Swan Valley. Mission Mountain School, a fully accredited independent therapeutic boarding school for female adolescents, located on a 240-acre ranch in Condon, Montana, is currently seeking to fill a teaching position in Expressive Arts. Successful candidate will be able to teach Dance/ Drama/Music. Outdoor skills and experience also very desirable. This is a full-time, year-round position. Certification required, Masters degree preferred. Bens. include insurance and pension. Beg. Sal. range $26-32K DOE.
