If you will notice, the "hearing" about coke sniffing and excessive drinking is just that, "hearing". It's not like you have a positive drug test or a conviction for DUI or possession. So you can't assume that info you "heard" about is true, nor can you accuse someone of that and discredit their reputation based on lies someone else told about someone they don't like.
