No---see, it's not about Google---it's about somebody willfully taking private info about a person (maybe the person targeted, maybe not---I don't know)---if that somebody does infringe on somebody else's rights that way--well I think a whole lot of the new cyber legislation brings them right into the cross-hairs of the Feds---if somebody wronged chooses to pursue it...search warrants, damages, the whole ball of wax
