To Buzzkill--if you want a legal definition for "cyberstalking"---google "Department of Justice" and "cyberstalking" and scroll down a few pages
Since they're enforcing the laws, I guess their definition is as good as any in practical terms

Original poster again here. I do regret posting the phone number now, not because I think it is illegal however, only because this has caused a distraction from the real debate. I would edit it out, but I can't edit posts as anonymous. Antigen, maybe a little help. If an apology will end all this, them I am sorry. Can't we just give it a rest now?
