What's going on with this (the ICPC)????  Aren't all programs in every state supposed to comply with this rule?  Utah has a lot of programs, more than any state.  Sure hope they are on the ball when it comes to compliance with this very important and federally mandated program.

The Sudweeks were not in compliance with ICPC mandated regulations when my child was enrolled at Whitmore, and the authorities a aware of this fact. Nor was PURE, who referred us to Whitmore Academy.

Anyone know if PURE's owner and referring consultant is being held accountable for the abuse against the kids from their friend  cheryl?

It makes sense to me if they were.

Who checks this ICPC paperwork when the Sudweeks are moving these kids in and out of the country, now that they have these kids up in Canada?
