Okay, on the WWASP torture scale with TB being 10, where might this program fall? A prison camp or a kinder/gentler program? Which demographic will they warehouse there?

From what I've read about this place so far (not much), looks like it's going to be on the scale of Carolina Springs-- small and bad but not as bad as the overseas gulags.

As for demographics... well, it's WWASPS, they're going to take anyone who can afford it. 12-18 year olds with rich parents who got sick of parenting.
