Better stated as "punishable by up to one year in county jail and/or fines not exceeding specified dollar amounts"...........THIS IS A FACT..............GORILLA WILL plead to avoid the county lock up seed.......see, she will plead to fines and probation time...............civil seed sown.....FILTHY, BLOOD SUCKING WHORE knocked of the ASYLUM THRONE ???????AMF
