Absolutely true. In fact, probably more common than not in cases like this. Gives the defense time to discover and prepare. Also, most people AFTER the charges are filed and they find out how serious the situation is, they look a better or more experienced atty.....esp. one experienced in litigation if they're prepared to take it that far

When gmom opens a school and charges people to look after children and is charged with child abuse. I will take a look and make some phone calls. Until then, I couldnt care less what Gmom does or doesnt do. I believe the only person being charged here is CHERYL SUDWEEKS. Yes. someone has to wake up, it aint me!
