So, has anyone actually read the Whitmore  Academy contract?  

If you did AND sent your child there, you definitely should test your IQ!

Parents do not bring CHARGES!!!! CHARGES are brought by the County Attorney, Mr. Eldridge on behalf of the State of Utah!

And not one parent signed any agreement that gave Cheryl Sudweeks permission to abuse any children.  As a matter of fact, each parent signed a contract with the owners of Whitmore Academy that stated no physical punishment would be used AT ALL!!!!!!

That means very very simply that Cheryl Sudweeks was not allowed to phyically abuse any kids in any manner what-so-ever!  It is against the law to physically abuse kids.

Cheryl Sudweeks has been charged on 7 counts of criminal child abuse against 4 children.
The investigation is still on-going.
Trying to blame the parents, or the children who are the victims will not wash!

Sure read the contract:
Page 16: "We do not accept any child who has a criminal record."

How do the Sudweeks explain having students currently enrolled at the Whitmore Academy who are reporting to their own personal PO's, and are being required to complete required community service, to meet the requirments of their probations?
Wonder how the Sudweeks gained approval for these court-appointed placements, and who referred these students to the Whitmore Academy?

Does Mr. Stettler think this meets the requirements of an ACADEMICS ONLY Boarding School that does not need to be licensed and regulated by the State of Utah?

Also read this part of the Contract:
Page 3
"In no event shall any physical force and/or confinement be used for the purposes of inflicting any punishment of any kind upon any Student."

Think this applies to Cheryl Sudweeks!
No physical force...no punishment...of any kind..on any student.

She can not abuse kids, period!
