Anyone know why it is necessary to disclose the names and city, state of the people who are signing.

I have heard people are willing to sign,but are reluctant to sign due to the lack of annomitity.

Can this be changed. The Government officials can have the info not the internet viewers.

Annomitiy will provide  more signatures.
