The8thstep.com is changing its name to http://www.ficausa.com (Fight Institutional Child Abuse) As of this moment I am working to get the domain the8thstep.com to be redirected over to ficausa.com but I'm having some technical difficulties. In the mean time you can access the made-over site at http://www.ficausa.com. The site is in its infancy and will be growing rapidly over the next several months as time permits. Feel free to visit, and thanks for you patience while the site undergoes some growing pains.
