You WWASPies do seem to have a problem with English comprehension.  Let's read it again shall we:

"Since the Spring Creek students were counted as enrolled, they were also required to take the achievement tests used to compile Thompson Falls High School's scores."

What word in the phrase required to take the achievement tests do you not understand?  Or is it just that you are so mindfucked that you just cannot see what is right under your nose?
