Make it sticky!

In order to help keep up with the latest thing-a-mabobs, I have added sticky topics. So, if you think A topic is important enough to live at the top of it's forum (Sticky :exclaim: ). , let us know.

What kind of icon should we use for sticky topics? We've got plain folders and burning folders. How about x-rated folders???

Do we really need the burning folders?  I find it difficult to tell the color of the folder underneath.

I should have posted this before.
