History of KIDS Personal Stories Links Message Board
This site was developed for people who were in this program or others like it. There were many spin-offs of KIDS of North Jersey, and we would like this site to be a "home" where ex-clients can all meet and communicate.
Whether you are curious to find other people who were in the program with you, or find some you have never met; this is a wonderful place to start.
You may also feel free to check out the links to the amazing array of information some of us have gathered regarding KIDS, Straight, SAFE, The Seed, LIFE and others like them. You'll be surprised, we're sure.
We are glad you have found us. Please stick around and get to know us.
If you have any questions or comments regarding this site or it's contents, please feel free to e-mail:

SAVING OUR
CHILDREN FROM
DRUG TREATMENT
ABUSE
A Conference Presented by the Trebach
Institute
In Association with The Survivors of Harmful Treatment
Programs
PRELIMINARY PROGRAM
July 21-22,
2001
The Marriott Residence Inn
Bethesda, Maryland
(Within walking distance of the subway to Washington,
DC.)
Arnold S.
Trebach, J.D., Ph.D.
Professor Emeritus, American University
Conference Chair
The major purpose of this conference is to
reexamine the destructive role that certain highly approved treatment programs
have had on the children they were supposed to help. Thus we are turning
conventional logic on its head and purposely coining a new phrase, drug
treatment abuse. Click here for a link to this first ever conference of
its kind. Please send a tax-exempt contribution if you can't make it to
the conference so that we can continue our work to expose fraud and abuse in
destructive juvenile rehabilitation programs.
