Q. . . what were the periods of time without proper sleep [regarding marathoning]?
A. Oh, a couple, three days. Medically that is of no harm whatsoever. I am acquianted with sleep research and it's not medically harmful but I just don't like it. Kids need four or five hours sleep at night so I put a change to that.
