: : I'm am going to Orlando this month. I would like for all to pray that I will get to see my granddaughter. I know she isn't IN "SAFE" but the "warden" seems to keep a close rein on her. I'm very anxious to see what the excuse will be this time. I'll keep you posted as to what happens. Thanks.

: Carole you know I am praying for you and for Brooke. I feel like if you could see her for even a limited visit it would be valuable. I'm reading Steven Hassan's new book, "Releasing the Bonds". It is very good and worth reading. At this point he recommends only trying to reconnect with your loved one, rebuild trust, remind her of her authentic self, etc. The most tempting thing of course is to attack SAFE, but of course that just puts up barriers for now. I know that later she'll be in a position to understand it all. Boy will they all be angry when they figure that one out. Weaver is eligible to commence this Friday. Please pray for us that he really does as we're all set for our family therapy the week after Easter and its all contingent on him commencing.

Julie and Alba: My prayers and thoughts will be with you this week. There appeared to be a "softening" on the part of SAFE after Lucy's case was dismissed. Suddenly on Saturday morning, her clothes and books that Parrish wouldn't part with on Monday appeared on our doorstep. Also enclosed was a note from Beasley written 2/14 (before Lucy's first court hearing) that was pleasant & supportive.
